STAGE2 Performance Clutch Plate + Billet Steel Cap Upgrade Set For BMW E21, E30, E36, Z3 168mm LSD 強化型升級套件

This is 168mm upgrade kit for BMW E21 E30 E36 Z3 Limited slip differential. 

No additional modification are required. Just apply this kit and you will get more than 40% lock. If you combine it with modified ramp angles on 30°/30° you will get 75% lock LSD unit.

Our company produces the highest quality LSD Friction Plates and Dog Ear Steel Plates on the market. We use the highest quality thermally processed tool steel which differs our product from any others on the market. During the final steps of production, clutch plates are coated with special Molybdenum-Ceramic compound which optimizes the best ratio of friction coefficient and durability, drastically reduces material wear and warping under extreme conditions, providing our Clutch plates the best possible longevity.

The Plates are manufactured to high precise standards with tolerances of +-0.02mm. Dog Ear Steel Plates are made form the same high quality tool steel extra hardened to 50 hrc.

All of our Clutch Plates are thoroughly tested and are currently being used in various racing cars throughout Europe including track, hill climb, rally and of course drifting discipline.

We offer custom production of plates to your sample.

*Please note that there are 2 different type of clutch plates for 168mm differential. E30 has 21 teeth friction plates and E36/Z3 has 23, so please help us to send you correct set by letting us know which car model you have.

By purchasing this kit you save $40 instead of buying them separately.

Breaking of standard 168 differential cap is problem that happens more than often especially on higher HP engines.

When you are changing ramp angle to 30/30 or 30/60 you increase chance of cap breaking a lot. So this reinforced steel cap is permanent solution. By installing this you will avoid cap breaking for good.

Cap is made from the highest quality tool steel hardened and nitrated for the best possible resistance and longevity. Reinforced bolts won’t suffer the internal stripping problem of the originals which is very important when rebuilding.

The set is highly recommended for drift and racing setups. It has proven itself in various drift cars in Europe.

LSD (限滑差速器) 目前主要分為兩大類：摩擦片式以及蟲型齒輪式，摩擦片式 LSD 可以有效的提供傳動輪穩定且優異的性能，他擁有許多蟲型結構 LSD 所無法達到的特性，除了可設置起始 Preload (預載) 外、還可透過改變壓板扭力孔坡道角度來設置鎖定方向以及比例，循序漸進的鎖定特性讓車輛可以平順且穩定的隨著油門深淺來控制驅動輪的穩定性，不依賴車輪接地壓力差來觸發做動是讓這這類結構能全時發揮優異性能，更不會像蟲型齒輪形式的 LSD 會因為單輪失去接地壓力而直接解除鎖定。

除特定用途下(如飄移賽)，摩擦片形式的 LSD 為眾多車廠在性能車款以及標準化工廠賽車上所配置的主要 LSD 結構，也是全球眾多比賽廠隊優先選用的 LSD 形式。

然而摩擦片結構的 LSD 需要使用專用油品來控制溫度、壽命以及性能，並且讓摩擦片在超過額定負載下能允許進入漸進式打滑狀態來釋放多餘的壓力，我們了解市面上有各式各樣不同品牌、型號、濃度的摩擦片 LSD 專用油，也許您不知道該如何選擇，所以在多項考核測試後，強烈建議使用來自 MOTUL 的 Gear Competition SAE 75W140 在我們所有販售的 LSD 組件上，他可以有效減少高鎖定率的自然噪音以及提供優異的溫度抑制，並且發揮 LSD 的最佳性能。
