BMW m20 High Performance Exhaust Valve, High quality stainless racing valve featuring hard chrome coated stem, hardened steel tip, 45* seat with 30* back cut.

The exhaust valve is not the restrictive part of the m20 head so fitting large over size is not generally required, however better arrangement of seat angles can be very beneficial! These exhaust valves are 1mm oversize to allow for cutting fresh multiple seat angles without compromising installed height. Also leaving room for very large intake valve without running into valve clash at high cam overlap.

Our stainless steel intake valves are manufactured from an enhanced version of EV8 (21-4N) steel. We have chosen this material specifically because it’s the highest grade of steel available and provides the strength to withstand just about any application. Our exhaust valves are made from EV16 (21-8N) or EV8-Nb/w for even greater strength at higher temperatures. Our stainless steel valves are one piece forged valves, and depending on the application feature hardened tips, hardened seats, swirl polish, undercut, and our black nitride coating. Our black nitride coated valves feature a harder surface area and a smoother finish, providing less friction and subsequently longer life.

Manufactures a variety of high performance Inconel valves for many applications. These valves are manufactured from a Nickel base super alloy material (Inconel 751 or Nimonic 80A) this material is chosen because it is designed to withstand very high temperatures. These valves feature a one-piece forging, hardened tip, and our “superfinish” stem. Our Inconel valves are extremely popular choice for turbo and supercharged applications.

商品運送：

TE Motorsport 所販售之產品皆在歐洲(英國、芬蘭、波蘭、德國、澳洲)等地製造以及測試、銷售涵蓋世界各地，故所有產品庫存皆以我們澳洲以及芬蘭兩個集貨倉儲為主、並非所有產品皆有現貨在台灣，每項零件出貨日程以及到貨時間有所不同，我們無法保證在訂購（完成付款）後隔天就能完成出貨，部分商品可能需要 14-21 (或更長時間) 的工作天進行生產或是國際運送、如遇缺貨等待生產會另行告知，我們會盡最大努力讓您儘快收到訂購的商品。

付款政策：

• 所有提供之零件以及代訂作業皆屬客製化服務，商品存在獨特性以及非通用性，不適用七天鑑賞期條款。
• 我們保障每一位消費者的權益，但請注意 "我們只對於商品本身非人為因素損壞做出保固"。不接受任何其他理由退換貨(包括購買錯誤)，購買前請先確實確認車款以及對應形式。

請注意：由於跨國訂購會產生除商品本身以外的費用 (如國際運費、關稅以及手續費)，並且受限於原供應商訂購條款限制，故任何跨國代訂服務當款項支付完成且訂單成立後不接受任何原因退貨 (如遇產品本身瑕疵問題我們會協助與原供應商協調更換事宜)，如無法接受請勿委託訂購。

退款政策：

當進入退款作業時，您需要先確認商品包裝完整無使用痕跡，並且將商品寄回 TE Motorsport 進行檢查，我們會在確認商品符合退款條件後依照下列計算方式在 3 個工作日內會將款項退回您訂購帳號所指定之銀行帳戶。

• 當訂單因特殊原因必須進入 “損壞性保固” 以外的退貨作業時，您必須要為此負擔物品的運費 (代訂物品的國際運費, 或是台灣當地運費)、以及商品金額的 20% 作為違約損失賠償手續費。 (Ex. 如果商品為 1,000 元，運費為 80 元，那麼將會退回 1,000 – 200 – 80 = 720 元。)

其他安裝上或是非商品本身的問題由客戶自行承擔。產品出現任何問題請第一時間與客服人員聯絡，任何未經授權之商品或是行為皆無法受理保固服務。
