M10 engines are always severely limited in valve lift due to the oem rocker geometry. The size valve will support a much greater flow if lift is increased and with this roller setup lift numbers over 13mm can easily be achieved. Roller cams offer superior valve opening speeds allowing more aggressive profile with higher lift, increasing power potential while maintaining good mid range torque. Needle bearings and rolling contact lowers the friction loss increasing power and reducing the load on your cam chain. There is simply nothing better!
Every item in this kit is made from the highest quality Aircraft grade materials. Cams are Made in Sweden from high grade case hardened tool steel and ground on one of the most hi-tech cam grinding machines available. Very few grinding machines exist that can produce the unique tight inverse lobe design needed to make this conversion work so successfully.
Valve springs are available in 2 grades, high performance Porsche springs made by Performance Springs Australia or high quality PSI springs from USA. All kits come with lightweight titanium retainers and steel base locators. Rockers are precision machined from high tensile 7 series aircraft aluminum and fitted with genuine Porsche valve lash adjusters, Swedish SKF needle bearings keep it all together. Serviceable pins and rollers are made from chrome-based bearing steel then case hardened and center-less ground to a mirror finish.
Cams are usually made to order so any lobe separation can be specified to best suit your application.
