Our company produces the highest quality LSD Friction Plates and Dog Ear Steel Plates on the market. We use the highest quality thermally processed tool steel which differs our product from any others on the market. During the final steps of production, clutch plates are coated with special Molybdenum-Ceramic compound which optimizes the best ratio of friction coefficient and durability, drastically reduces material wear and warping under extreme conditions, providing our Clutch plates the best possible longevity.

The Plates are manufactured to high precise standards with tolerances of +-0.02mm. Dog Ear Steel Plates are made form the same high quality tool steel extra hardened to 50 hrc.

All of our Clutch Plates are thoroughly tested and are currently being used in various racing cars throughout Europe including track, hill climb, rally and of course drifting discipline.

We offer custom production of plates to your sample.

By replacing the existing clutches with new, you will refresh your differential and restore its original performance, so it will work like new. This set is direct replacement for original parts and requires absolute NO modifications.

We recommend professional installation and oil replacement. Use oil for limited slip differentials only.

MOTUL Gear Competition SAE 75W140

LSD (限滑差速器) 目前主要分為兩大類：摩擦片式以及蟲型齒輪式，摩擦片式 LSD 可以有效的提供傳動輪穩定且優異的性能，他擁有許多蟲型結構 LSD 所無法達到的特性，除了可設置起始 Preload (預載) 外、還可透過改變壓板扭力孔坡道角度來設置鎖定方向以及比例，循序漸進的鎖定特性讓車輛可以平順且穩定的隨著油門深淺來控制驅動輪的穩定性，不依賴車輪接地壓力差來觸發做動是讓這這類結構能全時發揮優異性能，更不會像蟲型齒輪形式的 LSD 會因為單輪失去接地壓力而直接解除鎖定。

除特定用途下(如飄移賽)，摩擦片形式的 LSD 為眾多車廠在性能車款以及標準化工廠賽車上所配置的主要 LSD 結構，也是全球眾多比賽廠隊優先選用的 LSD 形式。

然而摩擦片結構的 LSD 需要使用專用油品來控制溫度、壽命以及性能，並且讓摩擦片在超過額定負載下能允許進入漸進式打滑狀態來釋放多餘的壓力，我們了解市面上有各式各樣不同品牌、型號、濃度的摩擦片 LSD 專用油，也許您不知道該如何選擇，所以在多項考核測試後，強烈建議使用來自 MOTUL 的 Gear Competition SAE 75W140 在我們所有販售的 LSD 組件上，他可以有效減少高鎖定率的自然噪音以及提供優異的溫度抑制，並且發揮 LSD 的最佳性能。

商品運送：

TE Motorsport 所販售之產品皆在歐洲(英國、芬蘭、波蘭、德國、澳洲)等地製造以及測試、銷售涵蓋世界各地，故所有產品庫存皆以我們澳洲以及芬蘭兩個集貨倉儲為主、並非所有產品皆有現貨在台灣，每項零件出貨日程以及到貨時間有所不同，我們無法保證在訂購（完成付款）後隔天就能完成出貨，部分商品可能需要 14-21 (或更長時間) 的工作天進行生產或是國際運送、如遇缺貨等待生產會另行告知，我們會盡最大努力讓您儘快收到訂購的商品。

• 我們保障每一位消費者的權益，但請注意 "我們只對於商品本身非人為因素損壞做出保固"。不接受任何其他理由退換貨(包括購買錯誤)，購買前請先確實確認車款以及對應形式。

請注意：由於跨國訂購會產生除商品本身以外的費用 (如國際運費、關稅以及手續費)，並且受限於原供應商訂購條款限制，故任何跨國代訂服務當款項支付完成且訂單成立後不接受任何原因退貨 (如遇產品本身瑕疵問題我們會協助與原供應商協調更換事宜)，如無法接受請勿委託訂購。

退款政策：

當進入退款作業時，您需要先確認商品包裝完整無使用痕跡，並且將商品寄回 TE Motorsport 進行檢查，我們會在確認商品符合退款條件後依照下列計算方式在 3 個工作日內會將款項退回您訂購帳號所指定之銀行帳戶。

• 當訂單因特殊原因必須進入 “損壞性保固” 以外的退貨作業時，您必須要為此負擔物品的運費 (代訂物品的國際運費, 或是台灣當地運費)、以及商品金額的 20% 作為違約損失賠償手續費。 (Ex. 如果商品為 1,000 元，運費為 80 元，那麼將會退回 1,000 – 200 – 80 = 720 元。)
