Performance Clutch Plate SERVICE PACK For BMW E21, E30 168mm LSD 強化型摩擦片維修包 (21齒適用)

This kit includes 2x clutch/friction discs, 2x dog ear steel plates. Clutches are drilled for better cooling and VISCOUS effect due to viscous resistance of oil stuck in holes between dog ear plates. 

Our company produces the highest quality LSD Friction Plates and Dog Ear Steel Plates on the market. We use the highest quality thermally processed tool steel which differs our product from any others on the market. During the final steps of production, clutch plates are coated with special Molybdenum-Ceramic compound which optimizes the best ratio of friction coefficient and durability, drastically reduces material wear and warping under extreme conditions, providing our Clutch plates the best possible longevity.

The Plates are manufactured to high precise standards with tolerances of +-0.02mm. Dog Ear Steel Plates are made form the same high quality tool steel extra hardened to 50 hrc.

All of our Clutch Plates are thoroughly tested and are currently being used in various racing cars throughout Europe including track, hill climb, rally and of course drifting discipline.

We offer custom production of plates to your sample.

*Available in 2.1mm thickness as well.

This kit fits on E21 E30 small case 21 teeth differentials which could be found in 4 cyl engines.

Please take note that there is other type of clutches for E36 and Z3 with 23 teeth which we have as well. So please help us to provide you with correct parts by checking fitment before purchase. That will save you and us from additional time and money expense. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask and we will give our best to respond as soon as possible.

By replacing the existing clutches with new, you will refresh your differential and restore its original performance, so it will work like new.

We recommend professional installation and oil replacement. Use oil for limited slip differentials only.

If you want to upgrade your differential with more clutch discs, or have any questions about any differential parts, please feel free to contact us.

We don’t accept returns if you ordered set which won’t fit you differential, so please make sure this is the set you need before purchasing.

MOTUL Gear Competition SAE 75W140

LSD (限滑差速器) 目前主要分為兩大類：摩擦片式以及蟲型齒輪式，摩擦片式 LSD 可以有效的提供傳動輪穩定且優異的性能，他擁有許多蟲型結構 LSD 所無法達到的特性，除了可設置起始 Preload (預載) 外、還可透過改變壓板扭力孔坡道角度來設置鎖定方向以及比例，循序漸進的鎖定特性讓車輛可以平順且穩定的隨著油門深淺來控制驅動輪的穩定性，不依賴車輪接地壓力差來觸發做動是讓這這類結構能全時發揮優異性能，更不會像蟲型齒輪形式的 LSD 會因為單輪失去接地壓力而直接解除鎖定。

除特定用途下(如飄移賽)，摩擦片形式的 LSD 為眾多車廠在性能車款以及標準化工廠賽車上所配置的主要 LSD 結構，也是全球眾多比賽廠隊優先選用的 LSD 形式。

然而摩擦片結構的 LSD 需要使用專用油品來控制溫度、壽命以及性能，並且讓摩擦片在超過額定負載下能允許進入漸進式打滑狀態來釋放多餘的壓力，我們了解市面上有各式各樣不同品牌、型號、濃度的摩擦片 LSD 專用油，也許您不知道該如何選擇，所以在多項考核測試後，強烈建議使用來自 MOTUL 的 Gear Competition SAE 75W140 在我們所有販售的 LSD 組件上，他可以有效減少高鎖定率的自然噪音以及提供優異的溫度抑制，並且發揮 LSD 的最佳性能。
